3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
On Kopha Laptop Carrying Bags & Camera Bags

We, Kopha International, Inc., warrant to you, our purchaser, that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
However, to show our concern to your satisfaction with our product quality, we offer you a three-year warranty for any defects in material and workmanship of our products.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or damage by a common carrier.
This warranty excludes claims for anything other than the product itself and excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages to product contents, including but not limited to, computers, printers, cameras, cell phone, etc., caused by the failure of the product.
If you find any product defect in material or workmanship, please send it back to us with proof of purchase as well as an explanation of the defect. If the product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace the product, at our discretion, for free. You are responsible for shipping costs to Kopha,  and we’ll pay  the return shipping costs.
