Product Return Guidelines for Kopha.com

The following are our return policies for products ordered from us:

UNOPENED OR UNUSED MERCHANDISE

Any unused or unopened items returned within 30 days of purchase will receive FULL credit; after 30 days, there will be a re-stocking charge. 

Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR THE RETURN

Shipping charges are nonrefundable if customers want to return for an exchange or for refund, except that they received wrong items.

Customers who enjoyed free shipping for the order and want to return  later will receive a refund of the full purchase price of products returned less our actual UPS shipping charges.

TIME FOR REFUND PROCESSING

Customers returning items will expect to receive the refund in about 15 business days after our receipt of their return.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGES

Customers wishing to return for an exchange should return the item(s) for credit and reorder the desired item(s) .
